Michele is an accomplished instructional designer and educator with over 30 years’ experience in vocational and higher education. She has recognised expertise in course development and assessment with a proven ability to develop industry-relevant and compliant training. Michele has a proven record of analysing complex issues and identifying innovative and practical solutions through effective consultation with clients and project stakeholders. She has successfully managed large Registered Training Organisations, multi-skilled teams in vocational and higher education and a number of successful international projects.
tim verkerk
Working in education for 30 years, Tim has considerable experience as a vocational trainer, instructional designer, content developer and project manager. In addition to developing international curriculum and nationally-endorsed Australian Competency Standards, he has extensive experience in developing ASQA compliant, innovative online learning resources and assessment materials. This work has seen him working closely with government and non-government organisations, industry representatives/committees and subject matter experts from a wide range of disciplines.

Annie is an English as a second language specialist who has extensive overseas experience training staff and developing curriculum for VET courses and higher education. She has developed and managed a number of projects for government and non-government organisations. She is skilled in cross-cultural communication, instructional design and tailoring resources and content to relevant audiences. Annie has over 25 years’ experience in the education and training sector.

Henry brings a keen eye for detail and client-oriented approach to educational projects. With a rare combination of instructional design and project management expertise, Henry has project-managed innovative learning solutions for clients across the commercial, governmental and vocational sectors over the past 10 years. He has developed a wide range of online and blended training resources, implemented online learning systems, and successfully managed consultation projects aimed at improving organisational training outcomes.
